Clearly Addicted is clear dip powder. It's a fantastic way to add protection over your natural nail, encapsulating your mani dip (to protect your color/glitter from the buffing/filing process). Make sure you take a stiff brush to take off any loose clear dip powder before the activation process, to prevent cloudiness.
