The April Birthday Duo consists of 2 dips: 💎 SHINE BRIGHT: Glows white! White pearl shimmer dip. 💎 LIKE A DIAMOND: white/silver multi-colored, medium chunky dip. This dip has super TINY holographic tinsel in it, that do not stick out like hairs (yuck) and are so easy to work with its like they aren't even there.
Size: 2 .25 jars with 3tsp. Sample size: 1.5 tsp (1tsp of dip powder renders 5-7 full manis; range depends on length of nails).

Glow: requires sun/UV light to activate glow in the dark properties.
